Third, we go into the attic — checking ventilation, insulation, and looking for moisture, mold, or daylight showing through the roof deck.

Attic & Ventilation Check
Attic inspection: we check ventilation balance (soffit vents vs. ridge vents), insulation depth and condition, and the underside of the roof deck for moisture. Dark stains, mold, or daylight through the sheathing signal active or past water intrusion.
